On June 5th they started building our house. I have written blogs on this subject and given half a chance will wax lyrical. Builders here in Greece do not work the same way as they do in England. Where in England a new house will go up in a relatively short time, but try building a convervatory and you wait and wait... Here it is the exact opposite. It has everything to do with the fact that builders sub-contract and contract to perhaps six jobs simultaneously. Depending on the time of year - ie winter is wet, they will work inside. If the current job is an outside job, they will go to the one where they are knocking down an inside wall and so on.
