In September our son and his friend came to visit. They got hung up in Kos (due to the Meltemi in Leros) and they had to hang around. They thought about staying over for the night but the Meltemi is unpredictable and the catamaran and hydrofoil may not have gone the next day either.

So they caught the dependable Blue Star ferry, arriving at one in the morning. The poor things were not in the best of spirits! However, a good night's rest left them feeling much better the next day.

They had a great visit and it was lovely to see them.
